Your Partner in maintaining, enhancing and protecting your commercial property!

Why LANDFORM?

First off, thank you for considering LANDFORM to care for your property.

And since you’re considering LANDFORM as your partner to handle your grounds care maintenance, we know that first impressions are important to you.

The grounds of your commercial property is the first impression your organization gives to your employees, customers and the passing general public.

But beyond the image you promote, you also want your property to be safe and maintained in a way that helps sustain the property value.

And you want this done with a company that has:

  • integrity in our business practices that aren’t just empty words framed on our wall
  • transparency in our contracts with no surprises or hidden fees
  • problem solving abilities and competence in dealing with commercial grounds care maintenance for over 30+ years
  • reliable and consistent service week in and week out all year long
  • personnel and equipment capacity to handle multi-site large commercial properties, but the personal touch of a mom and pop business

In short, you WANT and NEED a PARTNER so you can focus on handling your other day to day business responsibilities.

We consider each property we service as an investment that will pay dividends to our customers for years to come.

After over 30 years in business, I have found that the length of the contract language measures the trust level in the relationship.

Our contracts are straightforward with scope of work and cost with the payment schedule defined.

One thing that’s hard to show in a contract is “value”.  My hope is that you find value in how LANDFORM cares about you and your property.

Most of all our contacts include these services by default:

  • Lawn Mowing
  • Rough Mowing/Bush Hogging
  • Bi-weekly/monthly mowing
  • Lawn Applications
  • Rough Lawn Areas Weed Control
  • Vegetation Control
  • Mulch Bed Weed Control
  • Pruning
  • Spring Cleanup
  • Mulching
  • Pre-emergent bed weed control
  • Fall Cleanup
  • Ornamental Pest Control
  • Spring/Summer/Fall seasonal color plantings
  • Irrigation Startup / Winterization / Inspections / Maintenance
  • Regular site visits by horticulturist
  • Hand Watering
  • Detention Pond Maintenance, water flow concrete gutter cleanout

Many ask us, “What do you mean by a partner in your grounds care needs?”

Here’s a brief story that exhibits what we mean by “partner” when we helped one of our longtime customers, Nazdar.

Nazdar was having major issues with their irrigation system during the middle of the dry season.

They really needed a new system, but it wasn’t in the budget for this year.

Our team went to work thinking of ideas of how we could help them with this problem.

We determined that we had a used irrigation system that had been obtained during a previous job that was still in better shape than Nazdar’s current system.

The system would properly fit their needs. We donated the system to them, which saved the company 100% of the material costs and only required labor for us to install.

We didn’t just say, “Oh well if you can’t afford this, your property will suffer the consequences.”

We brainstormed and tried to find alternative solutions.  And while we can’t be successful every time, rest assured you now have a “Partner” who is as committed to your property as you are.

I hope this enlightens you to what benefits we desire to bring to your property and an example of what we mean by “partnership”.

  • “I highly recommend LANDFORM”

Communication was an issue with our past grounds service provider; Don is open, honest and easy to deal with. LANDFORM is upfront with what’s included in the contract and what’s not.  I never receive unexpected charges.

I made the mistake once leaving LANDFORM for a slightly cheaper service and I regretted it.  Our property is cleaner and looks much better with LANDFORM.  They have competent professionals and a caring personable staff to help you get the best from your property investment.  They have the capacity to handle landscaping, irrigation and snow/ice so I don’t waste time dealing with multiple companies.
