We don't sell one package and fit every site into it. Each property gets a program built around what it actually needs, run by the same crew week after week, with someone who picks up the phone when something comes up.

A maintenance contract covers the whole site, not a line item. Grounds care customers also get access to our construction, irrigation and snow crews without adding another vendor.
Seasonal Landscaping
Spring, summer and fall color rotations on a year-round program that starts January 1. Visits run about weekly from April through June and every ten days from July into September, adjusted for the season and conditions.
Mowing
Cut to whatever your site needs and the finish you're after. Crews are trained to the standard and sites get visited regularly to check the work, rather than waiting for you to flag it.
Mulching
Bagged, double shredded, triple shredded or color enhanced, depending on what the property calls for. Typically installed in March and April.
Pruning
Shrubs, ornamentals and trees, usually spring and fall. Timed to keep plants healthy and the property looking cared for rather than overgrown.
Grass Care
A well balanced, slow release fertilizer program — up to five applications a year, set to what the lawn needs and what the budget allows.
Tree Care
Tree health management, pest control and removals, including large removals and specialty work. Available to properties already on a grounds care contract.
Enhancements
Seasonal color, bed renovations, new plantings and site upgrades, scoped and scheduled around the grounds care program already running on the property.
